Big Moves for Bigg Loyalty

This weekend marks a momentous occasion for Dubai CommerCity. We welcome our first resident into DCC, Bigg Loyalty.

Part of the BiggPlus Group, the leading Turkish loyalty and e-rewards company; BiggLoyalty helps their clients increase customer engagement and brand loyalty through rewards. Offering live stock and order tracking integrated with an award portal, they connect millions of customers through multiple touch points with their loyalty solutions platform.

Stocking hundreds of international branded products, but with a key focus on bringing Turkish branded products to global markets, BiggLoyalty are the exactly the kind of enterprise DCC were looking to attract.

So, with BiggLoyaly moving into their main warehouse this Saturday (27th February), please excuse us if we seem just a little bit excited as their first shipping container heads into their dedicated warehouse.

From the project’s infancy, the dream has been to provide a base from which e-commerce can thrive. We’re overwhelmed that BiggLoyalty have put their trust in us and taken the move and with them on board, we can finally see the hard work over the last six-years come to life.

Saturday will certainly be an emotional day for all involved in the CommerCity project. With every detail presided over by e-commerce industry experts, everything is already in place for a smooth transition into our premises, and BiggLoyalty can begin trading immediately.
