Dubai CommerCity Signs Strategic MoU with Wadi AI to Drive AI Innovation and Investment in Dubai

Dubai, UAE – 21 October 2025 – Dubai CommerCity (DCC), the region’s first free zone dedicated to digital commerce, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Wadi AI FZCO, a leading Artificial Intelligence company, to establish a strategic collaboration aimed at advancing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and technology-driven initiatives in Dubai.

The signing took place during the Gulf Investors & AI Founders Networking Day, hosted by Dubai CommerCity in partnership with Kent Consulting & Events. The event brought together investors, founders, and technology leaders from across the GCC to explore AI’s transformative role across sectors such as healthcare, logistics, energy, and finance, while the agreement underscored a shared commitment to fostering innovation, strengthening Dubai’s position as a regional AI hub, and supporting the growth of technology-driven businesses.
Under the partnership, Wadi AI will serve Dubai CommerCity’s official partner for AI and related technology initiatives. The collaboration will include co-hosted events, joint promotional campaigns, and the development of AI-led solutions that enhance the digital commerce ecosystem and designed to drive investment and collaboration between startups, investors, and innovation hubs.
Through this agreement, Dubai CommerCity will leverage Wadi AI’s global network and technical expertise to attract high-potential technology firms to the free zone. Together, the two entities aim to accelerate the adoption of AI-driven innovation across multiple sectors and strengthen Dubai’s position as a global destination for digital trade and advanced technologies

MoU supports the UAE’s vision to use AI in building a smarter and more sustainable future. It also reflects Dubai CommerCity’s commitment to the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) by encouraging innovation, collaboration, and the growth of technology and digital commerce in the region.
